You don't need a MIDI, just a sound file. You can also give an MP3. What notation program are you using?

Sibelius 5, and the virtual sounds arnt working and it wont let me extract audio

Couple of questions?
So you take maybe 1 or 2 Current Harry Potter themes and Improvise or Improve on them?
Or You take your own thoughts and Improvise Harry Potter into it?

You can do what ever you want. Just make sure there is some kind of suggestion that it is Harry Potter. You can even compose your own theme for something or someone. Be creative. Just give a summary of where the music would fall in the movie when you submit.
