"The Haunted Carnival" short orchestral cue

Another short cinematic-style cue, featuring mostly glockenspiel this time around. This one's short, but still pretty good in my opinion. It was also composed using GarageBand. Please tell me what you think.

OK I have to ask...where was the glockenspiel in that!?!

It was a pretty good piece though for what it was. I would say that it is a little repetitive though, you don't really vary the melody at all which I think it needs, and your harmonies are a bit predictable. Maybe experiment with them a little bit to make the piece more intersting.

I'm just nitpicking here though, so on the whole a nice piece! And welcome the the forums as well.

I think you may have linked to the wrong file, it came up as the "End of the World" or something.

Oh... Sorry. I'll correct the link. I'm at school now, so I'll correct it sometime before the end of the day. Thanks for pointing that out.

"The Haunted Carnival"

I liked it. I think it could be quite appropriate as a cinematic cue in the right context, and would work well with a montage of carousels, lights, laughing clowns, garish banners, and the like. Do I detect the influence of Danny Elfman? He does this sort of thing extremely well.
