I actually like this more than a lot of stuff that gets posted on this site (probably because it's not a MIDI). I'd definitely lengthen the higher energy intro, though, and gradually come to the transition to the slow section, as it really just seems like you ran out of ideas for the intro and said "aw well, I'll just skip it" and went onto the next section. Really beautiful slow section, though. I look forward to the redone version!

Hey,

This is an excellent rendering; strings, particularly from 33 - 52 seconds sounds awesome... well done.

Well, I live in Moldova. I guess most of you don't know where it's situated, it's between Romania and Ukraine. My composition teacher is from Russia. He only does modernist stuff, you've never heard of him, but if you want a name - Oleg Palymski. But modernism hasn't got anything to do with what I am writing. Still, modernism or not, it develops my composition skills.

I am now studying Rimsky-Korsakov's orchestration by myself, from the Garritan Personal Orchestra forums. They've also got lots of audio examples.

Also I had no idea this thread would reach 4 pages, thanks guys.
