Ice's Flight - With glass to be shattered (With score)

This is Ice's Flight, a piece for piano, glockenspiel, violoncello, timpani, flute, piccolo and some glasses. Felt extravagant today.

Short, but finished. Any opinions? Ideas? Critique?

Wow. Yes, wow.

I think the effects are nice, but uh, the glass... i think a wine glass would sound nicer than a vase.. @.@

I like measure 19. yeah, the descending motion of the glockenspiel with the timpani. Reminds me of a symphonic band...

On the flute glissandi.. I think uh, wont it be better if u let it anotate it to be interval wise rather than a chromatic one? I think a chromatic scale kinda ruins the er, "medieval" effect. (no im not sure totally whether its medieval in style, but anything i could associate this piece with, yes, medieval.)

Great work! =)

Thank you chicken, just had some fun after school

David, thank you. The glass samples are bad, but they are just to illustrate how it could sound.
I wasn't too satisfied with the glissandi either, and your idea of intervals is rather interesting. Thank you.
