Judging from the pdf, I'd say you have alot of ideas right now and need to play with the motives you have. One way is to take one of your ideas and write very short variants - fast, slow, truncated, extended, transposed (transpose it to wierd scales is alot of fun, for example, put it in the Lydian mode or a 9 notre scale of your own). These should be done for just a week and not edited. Also, if you are a decent keyboard player, play the upper voices with your left hand and the lower voices with your right hand. This hand reversal helps you "relearn" your ideas.

The next step would be to stop and see what of your variants could be employed in your work. This is the point where a musical form should be chosen (eg binary, ternary, rondo, sonata or variation form) as a general guide but, again, do not become enslaved by it.
