But there still remains something that I still don't understand. IMSLP does not break any legal matters since the uploaders check when the score was published and that there must be x amount of years that has gone before one can 'spread' them. What puzzles me is:

Don't other publishers loose a crap load of money? I mean the music doesn't change, it is not like the notes change it is practically the same score but different publishers. So don't publishers loose a lot of money although this act is 100% legal?

There isn't much for oboe on there, and the stuff that I want to perform on piano that is one there, when I print it off, the paper is flimsy and doesn't stand up well on a piano. I usually have to go out and buy a book with the piece in it, or a published version of the piece on sturdy manuscript paper material stuff so it isn't falling off into my face every 10 seconds.

Or put it in a three ring binder, I have printed off tons of music from various things, and it's pretty much all in a couple of binders.

Yupyup. I don't know where you get your paper or your music stands, but I've never had a single problem.
