Exclamation Incidental Music Composers, Heads Up!

I came across this site while wandering the interwebs and I thought it would be a good resource for anyone looking for some film work to add to their resume.

It'll largely depend on the project, I expect. Some might decide to pay.

Some of them are paid projects, but then again a lot of them are looking more for bands and artists instead of composers with a score.

But then again, it should be quite easy for a composer to go on and write a rock/pop/metal song than a symphony.

And why do you separate artists from composers? :|

The terms "artist" and "composer" tend to have different stigma attached to them. When I think "artist" I think of someone who records their own music by playing their own music on their own instruments or with their voice - the final product being the recording not the sheet music. I usually relate the term with pop artists. With "composer," I think of a person who just writes the music and whose final product is the music itself, not the playing of it.

Just my 2¢.
