All of Me composed by Jon Schimdt

It's a beatiful peace, extremely challenging, but beatiful.

Hmmm...are you from one of the western states? That's where Jon Schmidt is famous. I know this song. Last year this girl played it at the talent show. At the show one of the male teachers dressed up as a woman pretending he was announcing the Acadamy Awards, and he said in a really risqué way, "And now Steph Egbert will be playing All of Me!" XD

I absolutely LOVE All of Me! My brother plays it and I would like to learn it, in fact I own the sheet music. It looks too challenging for me though. >.<

Gameday is a good one too, IMO, and Waterfall. I love Jon Schmidts music.

Ssme here! I own the sheet music, but with all the notes and flats, I just can't do it.

Yeah, I have a hard enough time reading in a key with two or so flats, but that is just killer. >.<

It seems somewhat improvised - that is, the composer knows the chords that are coming, and the form, and much of the licks are in his fingers but he's rolling with it... The giveaway is that there isn't much in the way of melody. He's using a pretty generic harmonic pallette, alla George Winston, but almost a bit poppier, and certainly a little more flamboyant. It's ok, but I wouldn't want to listen to it too many times. Well, at least that's my take on that one piece.
