There are lots of recordings on youtube. If you're looking for an actual CD, the one I have and is on "Varèse - The Complete Works" (Riccardo Chailly: Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra/Asko Ensemble. Density 21.5 is played by Jacques Zoon). I don't really like the amount of vibrato in that recording though. It just doesn't really seem to fit Varèse.
EDIT: Arrgh, I just listened to that recording again and "I don't really like the amount of vibrato" is a huge understatement. I HATE it. It's ugly. Don't buy that recording for Density 21.5 (even though the other pieces on the CD are fantastic. Especially Déserts, where it's one of the very few interpretations which actually include the electronic interpolations.)
