My only issue with this one is that you should be careful about creating a non-diatonic environment through-out the piece, then suddenly dropping us a big ol' honking diatonic chord like at measure 18 (that 7th chord). Particularly the I-V type chords that follow in measures 19-21. That's lovely, but just a tiny bit outside the realm of what you've created as a harmonic universe for the piece so far.

In musical criticism, when issues of craft and technical consideration are set aside, what remains is more subjective. However, until technical issues are dealt with, the subjective portion bears considerably less weight.
