Melody No. 27

Hey all,

Haven't posted a melody in a long time. This one I composed on the Violin before transcribing it. I hope you like it. Please arrange it for a string quintet, as that is what i am doing. I will post my arranged piece when I'm done.

Btw, I dedicate this melody to my beloved friend Frantz

Regards
Pravin

P.S
I've posted the NWC file as well because there are lots of dynamic markings etc. that I would love if you could keep in there. Also, if someone can tell me how to get the grace notes sounding more like grace notes that would be awesome.

I had an hour to kill so i decided to give this a shot, i don't have the time to mark in all that it needs but the bulk of the idea is there.

I rather enjoyed this excersise you should post them more often.

Best of luck on your quintet, i'm assuming it's nowhere near my style but thats definately for the best. lol.

Hey Hourglass,

This started out kind of what I was thinking, for like the first second hehe. Then your bi-tonal style took over. Very different to how I would have imagined it! But its kind of cool. Its like listening to some wedding music on acid, or a whacked scene from a horror movie or something lol. It was enjoyable to listen to. Thanks for posting!

Regards
Pravin

Oh nice! You took my melody, and turned it into Mozart I want to hear the rest of this, it would make a great piano concerto
