Melody No. 30 - 'The Dutch Jig' -

Hey everyone,

Just made this tonight Funny story. I downloaded a cracked program only to find out that it was in Dutch! It amused me greatly and while I was going about the house this melody came into my head Hopefully you guys like it, even though I know it won't suit everyone's taste! Meant to be just a bit of fun Would love to see it in a trio. Good luck working on it, I'll upload my harmonization when I have the time All the best,

Regards
Pravin

Well, sorry, but that's no jig, it's more of an air. Jigs always feature triplets, usually all in 6/8 time, your composition is in 4/4. Big difference as far as defination is concerned. All that said I will post my harmonization of both versions, one of your orginal, and a true jig variation. If I get time...

My harmonization: a recorder trio.

I'm not sure if its entirely possible to play, but if anything it is for alto, tenor, and great bass recorders to be specific.

I may do a true jig version if I get the time.
