Musical suggestions for an overly critical person

I'm having a hard time finding music I enjoy listening to. Now, let me explain. I do enjoy playing, writing, and listening to music, but it is hard for me to find a piece of music I enjoy to truly listen to.

Honestly, most of the music I listen to I find pleasant enough, but it bores me pretty quickly. Though when I find a piece of music I really like, I am completely enthralled by it.

So I come to you asking for suggestions of pieces. Here's a list of a few of my favorite pieces, and I think I've found some common threads.

Shostakovich String Quartet No. 8, specifically movement II
Shostakovich Symphony No. 10 movement II
Schubert "Death and the Maiden" mvmt. III
Borodin String Quartet No. 1 I
Dvorak "American Quartet" II
Haydn String Quartet Op. 20, No. 5 I
Hindemith Sonata for Viola Op. 25
Mahler Symphony No. 1 I
Beethoven String Quartet No. 4 I
Debussy Nocturnes I. Nuages
African Sanctus
A lot of Bach

Keep in mind this is not the complete list.

Threads: Single movement, fairly short (less than 7 minutes), fairly unconventional harmony and techniques, dissonance, strong rhythm, and fast tempo.

So I'm just asking if you guys have any suggestions. I would like to discover more music that I enjoy. It's not that I don't like music, it's just I'm overly critical about everything.

Thanks

Ok, here are some works I like:

Vaughan Williams: Fantasia on a theme by Thomas Tallis
Stravinsky: Rite of Spring
Hindemith: Flute Sonata
Prokofiev: Flute/Violin Sonata
Hildegard von Bingen: anything. I love her work!
Rautavaara: Cantus Arcticus, Angel of light, First movement from his first Piano concerto.
Vivaldi: anything. I love his work as well!
Debussy: La Mer
Arvo Part: Tabula Rasa
Henryk Gorecki: Symphony No.3

There are more, but here are some of them you might be interested in listening!

Well, no one can really tell you what you'll like or not, thus it's a bit pointless to start naming pieces you might like.

On the other hand, I'll just post a few pieces that I personally love (just a short list on top of my head):

Schoenberg's "Verklarte Nacht", Op.11
Webern's "Langsamer Satz", Op. Post.
Mozart's "Vesperae de Dominica"
Debussy's String Quartet in G minor (Op.10), first movement
Anything by Feldman (although I assume you'll get bored really quickly by Feldman )
Takemitsu's piano pieces (I love his Romance, Litany and Rain Sketches), and his piano and string works, like Hika and From Far Beyond Chrysanthemums and November Fog
Ligeti's 1st String Quartet, and his Etude No.13 for piano ("The Devil's Staircase", I think)
Ives' "Feldeinsamkeit" (one of my favourite songs ever)
Carl Vine's "5 Bagatelles" (the fifth one is incredibly beautiful)
Birtwistle's "Tragoedia" (especially the 5th movement)
Paul Newland's "Standing Jump" (incredible piece)

So there If I remember of anything more, I'll let you know Please let me know which ones of these you liked and which ones you didn't, so I can suggest more
