That was by far the [censure] question I ever encountered.

Of course, shouldn't that be the aim for each composition? That it get's played?

Not necissarily, for instance, techno...

I'm just saying, I could make it a lot better if I were allowed to write four simultaneous notes for the first violin.

Well, if for a violin section, then fine, they can divide the upper and lower parts between inside and outside players. Otherwise, it's be a quadruple stop... the lower two are played, then the upper two are sustained for the length of the note.

*Goes off to begin working on a piece for three 'celli and two bassi.*
