Nog geen titel - Please comment!!!

Hi!

This is the first ever time anyone (except family) gets to hear my music, so please give me all your commentary (positive or negative)!

This one is temporarily called "Nog geen titel", which is Dutch for "No title yet", because... well, I haven't found a title yet...

Anyway, here it comes: download mp3 from Mediafire

Break a leg!

Hello kvitske

That piece sounds great . It sounds a little like medieval music (dus uit de middeleeuwen), and it could maybe be used for a tv-series or cartoon

Woops... file deleted, apparently... I'll upload it again.

denico, thanks for the comment, though I have to ask what makes it sound Medieval? I didn't intend for it to sound like that, so I wonder...

It definitely has a medieval touch to it, mostly because of the natural minor scale. The trumpet part may be difficult to play assuming it's a Bb trumpet mostly because that D up there is hard to hit especially if jumping from a lower note. Not all players can even reach it. If it's a C trumpet it's easier I think. Still, I don't play any brass instruments so I'm not completely sure about this.

Yeah, I noticed that, too. I will adjust the trumpet part to make it easier to play.
I certainly didn't mean for it to sound medieval (If I would have wanted it to sound medieval, I most likely would have chosen d dorian), but it's okay, I guess, if it sounds like that.
