Nice piano arrangement. I can tell you spent alot of time on it. The string samples you are using really made this piece lean towards the ambient side. I'm not sure if this was intended. I disagree with the bass guitar critic you have been getting. I think it sounds good with it and it compliments your style.

Overall, a nice piece that fits it's intention. Nice work.

lol nice to see at least one person likes the bass guitar in this piece. Thank you for the listen, I did spend quite alot of time on the piano. It's a shame I didn't pay much attention to anything else in this piece. I was starting to wonder about you, I haven't seen you on the forums much lately.

Very nice! You have really painted a picture of memories and the good-old "Everything was better when you were a kid" feeling of longing.

I do feel that the peice could have made a better statement if it was a bit slower, but it doesn't interfere with the overall beauty of the peice.

Also, just like others have stated, at about 1:00, the sound gets muddy, mainly because of the passing tones in the bass guitar. Not that you should take the guitar out, but I think you could either make it along with the strings quieter (The synth still has the melody), or give the guitar the root of the chord.

Now, here are the things that I liked-

The peice developed at a very steady rate and kept my intrest very well.

I loved the bend you used at :56. It set me up very well for the next section!

Good peice! I'm rooting for you!

Alan
