Jair:

You knew that I would click on this the moment that you put this up . Not bad. I think the wind roles at the beginning are well suited. All the instruments fit together pretty well. Please finish this.

Thanks I do plan to finish this. Beethoven wrote his sonatas so symphonicly (SP?) that it really goes well with orchestra.

Sounds great so far! Just the other day I was thinking of a chamber version of Mozart K. 310.

Do you think the third movement (Op. 2 no. 1) would work as orchestral music?

PS: The score is cropped all around.

Thanks. But I'm not sure what you mean by the score being "cropped all around".

I have updated the files once again.

Am I on the right track? Is there anything I can/should change?

I'm going to assume that dynamics were intentionally left out, as well as articulations and bowings and the like.
Generally it's fine I think. I think the long descending flute line that's doubled by the violin could either change instruments (as it gets lower perhaps the clarinet or oboe could take over, or the viola could take over and the violin could play longer notes) or possibly add instruments so it's not an extended passage of the same colors. Just a though.

That's the thing, I am a bit apprehensive to add harmony. So far, I've only put in notes that Beethoven used in the sonata. Is it implied that I should add harmony in areas that involve using notes not in the original sonata?

what he meant by the score is cropped, is that your PDF is defective.. it ony prints the center of each page.

In musical criticism, when issues of craft and technical consideration are set aside, what remains is more subjective. However, until technical issues are dealt with, the subjective portion bears considerably less weight.
