I meant that Mozart's most famous piece for Organ was actually written for mechanical organ: the Fantasy in F minor. Having said this, the other two moderately famous works he composed for solo organ (another Fantasy in F minor, and an Allegro in F) are also for mechanical organ:

If you're interested, there's a fantastic mechanical organ at Schloss Hellbrunn in Austria, near Salzburg. Besides the organ, the grounds also feature an elaborate set of trick water-fountains for 'jeu d'eau'.
