Quickly assigning instruments GPO to Finale

My question is, is there a quick way/automatic way for Finale to assign instruments to the different staffs? It's pretty tiring to assign instruments in Kontakt Player every time you wanna listen to/work with your score, or listen to someone elses work.

You can tell finale to use GPO when you create a new document as opposed to the softsynth. As far as applyingit to downloaded works, it has to be done manually, as far as I know.

Hmm, it just seems I had some weird problem in the beginning when I opened my already saved work. Now that's working.

But I guess I won't come away from having to assign all the instruments everytime I start up a new score/or open someone elses work.
