How do I use these two programs together? Reason doesn't seem to recognize the .nki files.

Well, there's no way you can use the .nki files directly into Reason.

You can use Reason as a slave for Cubase, Logic, whatever, through Rewire.
Then you can set up channels from Reason into your favorite DAW.
