"Sek Sek" for the Flute Duo

This is a Flute Duet that I wrote for an amateur duo. It has a very simple harmony, but it's quite funny

PS: This one has the same problem with "Baykus" (the MIDI can't play the trills).

I looked at this too.

It has some of the same problems as your other piece. A LOT of parallel motion.

Are you Chinese? Please say yes.

I would suggest looking into some of the works of Darius Milhaud or B. Martinu. I think you would enjoy them and they will help you find the kind of sound it seems you are looking for in your pieces.

haha. cute. =]

Yes, it is quite parallel.
It is very repetitious, and not just because you have both sections repeated.
You never veer from the initial feeling you set up. Good for short pieces, but it would get boring if it was any longer than what you had there.

If I played flute, I would print it out =]

Well, I am not Chinese. I am Turkish. But I wonder why you asked that...
