Great idea! I just started on my newest piece "Now Sleeps the Crimson Pedal". You said this poem was written in 1847, but is it public domain? or has copywright been passed on? If this poem is copywrighted I wont waist my time making it performable, but if its in public domain I would like to get it performed. Thanks.

On second thought, I think I'll take what I have so far, write my own words for it, and finish it off on my own too. I want to have my old high school mens choir do it, but I dont think they're mature enough
