Thumbs up

Hi, I was just wondering how to make whole tone trills in Sibelius. At the moment when I go to lines then click on the trill one, it goes just one semitone above.

You can adjust the step value in WINDOWS - Properties (select "tr~~"" first)
there you can edit the line properties , in this case the trills step, and VERY IMPORTANT!! the possibility to start on the upper note.

Personally I prefer to write out the trills. Sibelius doesn't realy do what I want it to do. Sometimes a trill in triool (three beats in to beats) works best.

Thanks for Clearing that up Artisimo, I always had trouble with that - like you said - I had to write the trills in and is quite unpleaseant when all you get is semi-tone trills when what the music at times requires Whole-Tone Trills.

Thanks
