String Trio

Here's the first movement of a string trio I'm working on. It's slow and kind of short, about 3 minutes long. It alternates somewhat between consonance and dissonance, and is one of my first attempts at writing for an ensemble. Comments would be appreciated.

It's a very nice piece -- one suggestion. I'm big on dissonance, however, I always think dissonance should have purpose. Your piece is rather dissonant at the beginning, but I just don't think it has anything to do with the rest of the piece. In fact, it's almost to much of a style change when you go into the nice chordal/contrapuntal after the melodic statement at :48 seconds.

Good Job =D!
