I'll judge, though a MIDI requirement would be VERY nice (My internet is crap; downloading ten or fifteen ten minute mp3s would take 18-20 hours).

I'm gonna go ahead and say now that this competition is for NEW MUSIC ONLY. Pieces that are either in the works already (more than 15% completed?) or finished CANNOT be submitted. This is to ensure fairness between all the completed pieces in the end. No one should have more time to write than anyone else.

How about new movements to symphonies with other movements already completed?

That is fine, but all other movements must be submitted, in addition to plans of future movements. But only one movement will be focused on.
