This is definitely very Mozart inspired, especially with the orchestra size, though he uses more strings. I like the writing in the first section. It is very classical and it seems that each instrument has an interesting line. One thing to watch out for is the continuous thirds, it gets a bit disinteresting after some time. The sixteenth-sixteenth eighth motif of the B theme sounds a little awkward.
I also like the fact that this piece is in sonata form, though an introduction (slower) and an expository statement would greatly benefit the piece.
