I wrote this a while ago for my brother and I's "Time" concept album. This song is meant to represent the far future, when humankind ventures out into the far corners of the galaxy, so I used synth for the melody, but also some piano. Some sounds effects.

Some problems I ran into this piece involve poor rendering, but also trying to tune the melody line.

Please take a listen to this piece and suggest a name, if you will. Thanks!

All in all a well thought-out piece. I love the sound of the piano, however I feel it is a bit too overused. Whip it out when it's necessary, and it'll be quite a beautiful addition to the piece. Definitely keep it at the beginning.

The piece, in general, could use a bit of shaping. If you're going to have a piece that is this long with this amount of energy, you need to have parts where the groove breaks down into a simple beat-bass thing, parts where the music swells into a synth paddy climax, and parts where there's nothing but a few instruments playing on the higher registers, to name a few. Overall It's hard to pick out a piece of the melody to pay attention to because it's playing throughout the song.

So right now, the piece sounds less like a full song and more like a demonstration of a groove. However, you have a very nice groove, and I strongly encourage you to keep at this and make it into a beast.

As for a name, I don't know. Maybe "Eonramp".

Well, the piece is about a time in the future: "Eon". And as I listened to it I thought of a fast moving highway to the future: "Onramp"
