Trilling up 4 semitones

Is there a symbol in finale I can use that will trill up 4 semitones (eg: G to Bb)?

that's a tremolo, not a trill.

yes, just create a tremolo with the plugin.

In musical criticism, when issues of craft and technical consideration are set aside, what remains is more subjective. However, until technical issues are dealt with, the subjective portion bears considerably less weight.

I don't think so.
You would have to look and see if there is a plug-in folder.

BTW, when mentionning what product you are using, refer to it by its full name. Finale is one product, Finale Allegro is a different product with different answers to technical issues.

Sorry about that ^^

For printing purposes, I can just use Insert Symbol. Could you send me an image of what a tremolo looks like please?
