Étude in E flat minor, Op.1, No.1

Here is my new composiiton for a book-inspired thematic.

The result: Étude in E flat minor, Op.1, No.1 "Llafthgin" from "Sudnegel".
(Long name, isn't it?) >_<

Well, it was pretty easy to play this on the piano and, with minor modifications, for a quartet. I'd like to send you the quartet version, but I lost it!

Anyway, hope you enjoy!

Very étude-esque, altough slightly repetitive. Knowing how to constantly repeat ideas without boring the listener is a technique that turns you into a master. Also, this is in E minor, not E flat minor

It's not the minor; it's the flat (looks like you're still sleepy.)

I didn't sleep for weeks. I'm tired and I have much work to do.
