Very, very nice. I especially liked the first movement.
Normally, I think a tierce de picardie can murder a piece, but here you've used it quite effectively.

Brilliant use of modal harmony. This will sound great on period instruments.

Thank you Rautavaara! Tierce de Picardie was used extensively in the renaissance era and I mostly use it the way it was used.

I uploaded a third dance. This is a bit more experimental. The ending is more medieval reminiscent than renaissance. I don't like the form a lot. I think it ends a bit abruptly, but I am not planning to change anything at the moment. Anyway, enjoy!

Hello all!

I have been absent for a while, but I am back again. I thought to post the fourth dance I have created in the renaissance idiom. This one is for recorder consort. I hope you will enjoy it!

Edit: I forgot to add that you can find the dance on the first page of the thread along with the other attachments. I removed the scores of the other dances and if I continue posting new dances I might as well remove the midis of the older attachments...
