As Inal Posted is berio Inspired Violin Duet I thought I would post mine as well. For a bit of comparison in styles for the same project. I love Inal's Cyrpriate inspired folk melodies

There are three short 1 minute pecies that could be played by a teacher and pupil. I'm not too happy with them but they are a bit querqy

As soon as I saw Luciano Berio was your inspiration I decided to check this out. Im a fan of his sequenzas. This is very interesting work especially a work for Violin Duet which is a great ensemble. Bartok proved this to me. Nevertheless, I think you have something really good. You can make a collection of these like Bartok. I liked the first mvt. There was a sort of dance-character to the melody and the outburst in those quavers were brilliant. The second mvt had a repeating motif, worked as both melody and as a countermelody, that you used logically and which drove the piece. The third i wished would have ended with the first violin's rhytmic double stops. I really like that about the piece. The fact that the second violin set the pace and the first violin sort of had a syncopated rhythm that was kind of jazzy. Great work I am impressed.

Listen to this: you might find yourself lucky in getting even a comment within the day you post the piece. I only got one for the second movement of my sonata months after it was posted. So be more patient.
