I want to find a Pipa player and an Erhu player. Guzheng and Chinese flute/reed too if you are one or know of someone who'd like to work on the music below in a long distance collaboration. All the scores are written out but I'll also accept an improvisatory approach.

I'm working with a world music producer who has also worked with some famous people. I've also worked with a vocalsit from India who was the world music artist of the year in South Korea two years ago.

I have some mp3s you can listen to which are just sketches. I didn't try to make good productions. They are just to hear what my compositions sound like. Now that I've listened to them and made improvements and now that the producer has also heard them and made even more improvements we will be ready to go into the studio fairly soon and re-record everything properly.

The piece which shows the level of professionalism I'm capable of is called River of Stars. I don't need anyone to play on that piece however because it's finished.

I want some experienced musicians to play on the pieces Asian melody, Vietnam, Vietnam revisited, Traditional Melody, Visiting Shaman, Traveling Shaman and Man Jian Hong. I'm also finishing the sketch for Kang Ding love song right now.

The pieces with the word Shaman in the title are different versions of the same piece. The producer says they need someone who can interpret the music well by adding ornaments and improvisation.

Vietnam is my best piece. I hope at least one person wants to play on that one.

Here's the link to hear all the music.
