maybe not 'anything'. his works are difficult to get around 'fingering' wise.
but yea...i would suggest clair de lune or victors solo

True. I don't like *everything* by Debussy (I don't care for some of his later piano work). But he didn't really specify a level of difficulty.

Well, there's the pretty famous flying bag tune from American Beauty. I think it's called "Any other name" in the soundtrack. It's beautiful and technically easy.
