Hello you all,
Last week I found the cable of my camcorder which I'd lost some time ago and I could finally recharge it's battery. I recorded a few pieces at my school with it on monday, amongst them a haydn sonata movement but I also improvised a new piano piece. I've decided to upload that improvisation once more on this site and also link towards the youtube video for proof that it's actually me playing;)
The piece is dedicated to BAJ ^^
Enjoy

This is like the second (or third?) improvisation of yours that I listen. It's a wonderful ability to take this music out from the blue. (You seem to be at ease in the C minor tonality, don't you)?
I like the waltz motif. Even though it has sections, it essentially seems to lack a structure and recognizable themes/motifs. Just a series of chord progressions happening. But of course this is an improvisation. Even so the right hand seems to be a slave of the left. It should be the other way round.
It however would be a good film soundtrack.
Some of my improvisations are like so too. It's very difficult to bring structure into improvisations.

Wow, this is huge! I find your harmonies and style very interesting. I also notice you have something for c minor. It's like you have an inner 'Beethoven' in you. However, this piece is pretty Liszt, very adventurous on the geography of the piano.
Overall, bombastic and wonderful piece..

this is indeed an impressive piece, nearly unbelievable as an improvisation... however - still it would be nice to transform it into a score some day and the fine-tune...
As I come to understand the goal of improv, I can see your sheer skill. I hear great harmonies and passages that would be great for the virtuoso technique of a pianist. I appreciate the deviation in melody, as it really helps to make this improvisation not boring.
