Hey Everyone!

Here is a little fantasy piece (as usual). Not too much to say about this one. I hope you guys enjoy it :]

I've got to get some higher quality sound samples for my work...

This was very well done!
Very well done indeed!! I was picturing some fantasy world in my mind! Great job!!
fantastic stuff jon, you compose even more freely than before in this style, with the triplets accents, violin runs and those changing counterparts for each melody.

i love your sense of melody, so simple, catchy and powerful.

great job man!
Very impressive!
Immediately, I was charmed -- in film music, often simplicity works, and you seem to have a real knack for keeping things simple, but at the same time keeping your audience interested. I think your melodic strength is what does that.

Thanks for sharing, I really enjoyed this =)
Enchantments indeed! I love how you create that sense of magic with the extensive use and blow-my-mind glissandi!, and great use of high registers in the strings!

Brasses and winds exaggerate and reinforce the melodic bass for the others to expand their thematic materials! The change in rhythm further enhances the strong directional movement of this fantasy piece!

Is there anyway I can view the score? I have so much to learn about orchestration from this piece!(I am normally not interested in looking at scores though, but this is different)

Overall, awesome job! A very good example of how a simple setting can be transformed into such ridiculously sublime piece of magic! :D :D :D :D :D

Wonderful! Yeah I have to agree that those glissandi are blowing my mind too. I've never really been a fan for choral parts, but I think it fits this pretty nicely. :)
You handle the orchestra very, very good. I loved every part of this, this is way better than most of the nowadays hollywood scores. Overall an inspiring piece, keep it up!
Thank you all for such the kind words!

Knight: Hehe, nice samples always help ;]

dbzfreak: Perfect! Exactly what I was going for. Also, love your screen name!

The J: My boy! Thank you for the kind words. I thought you would enjoy this one! Check your pm btw.

keman: Gracias Amigo!

Serge: Hehe thank you! That's one of the things I strive for the most, simplicity. Actually learned that from Jack White (from the white stripes)! To try and convey a theme as simple as possible while having the same impact. I'm glad it's working! Thanks again Serge.

cjplum: I'm so glad you liked it! As for the score, I sadly can't give it out for contractual reasons (this piece is for a company I work for). Lame I know, but throw me a pm with any questions you have and I can walk you through whatever that will help :].

Murr: Hehe thank you! I think I over did the glissando's a bit, but since it's a short piece, I think it suffice's at least.

Judas: Wow! Thank you for the awesome words Judas! Keep on composing!

Thank you everyone for taking the time to listen and write! Much appreciated
Very Impressive. It's pleasure to hear sounds like that.
very absorbing theme..feel an eastern atmosphere too in the beginig..authentic orchestration.
