Glad to be back on YC - I used to come here a long time ago under a different user name.

I wrote this short piece over the course of a day. I'm not sure if I want it to be part of a larger work, or just leave it as is. In any case, the piece is in a simple ABA form with a few melodic and rhythmic motives at play. I don't have a score as I wrote it in a DAW - I can run the midi file through Finale, if ya'll would like to see a score.

I really enjoyed this piece. It reminded my very much of Tchaikovsky's short character pieces for piano solo. You did a nice work sticking to your themes, while displaying an opportune sense for rythm. I'd suggest to do the extra effort and upload the score. Thanks for uploading!
