score please
Sounds nice, but I don't like the rubato. It sounds more like you are 'stuttering', while this piece in my opinion would really come alive if you played it with much more uninterrupted flow. There should be this dreamy floating atmosphere, and so every once in a while (as opposed to almost all the time) you could hold back at the end of a sentence before starting a new one. But not within a sentence, and not everywhere, and definitely not in the first few measures (that's where you have to establish the rhythm, harmonies, melodies, etc. because the listener does not know anything about the piece). These are only comments on the performance. The piece itself is pretty - good job! - and that's why I feel it deserves a more suitable (better) interpretation.
Thank you so much for your comment. The rubato reflects title of the piece: "cold steps".

As someone who composes all of his music in rubato, I am particularly a fan of the emphasis. This is a very solemn piece indeed, and I like your key changing. In my opinion, this piece is very reminiscent of Chopin's Waltz in b minor, Op.69, No.2. Not sure if you had an inspiration from the piece, but as you can hear, this waltz is very rubato as well.
I think you did a great job, and you should upload more of your works on this website. If you have more waltzes, remember to add to this file and place them all into one suite.
