Passionate virtuosic piano in g-minor

* * * * - 2 Votes

Hi music and piano friends,
I would like to share with you my newest solo piano piece. I hope you will like it. Its hard to play (the glissandi at the end are the easy part since they are in g-minor). The mood is stormy and passionate.

I can post also the sheet music after some graphical polish.

I hope you will like it.

don't repeat too much
I hear some Beethoven... just a little bit, and in some parts ^^
Anyway, good piece!
Sounds very Phillip Glass. I like it. Like a classical/minimalism blend.

I love some of the themes that you are playing, and some very nice surprises!

Kudos on the lead up to the ending, fantastic buildup! However it begs for more than just a single chord at the end. You have so much energy throughout the piece, that it feels as though the ending was just thrown on. Big chord? Slam some low notes? Punch the tonic a few times? Let your performer have fun at the end for doing such a good job with the rest of the piece! Anyway, give it a thought....

Great work!
great work :)
