@  Cadenza91 : (18 June 2013 - 12:52 AM) is he like, a celebrity over there?
@  Ananth Balij... : (18 June 2013 - 12:52 AM) but no, I haven't seen him recently haha I'm not in the music building this summer very frequently
@  Ananth Balij... : (18 June 2013 - 12:51 AM) it's hard not to run into the guy when he's the size of a whale
@  Sonataform : (18 June 2013 - 12:51 AM) I'm not seeing the organic arguement
@  Cadenza91 : (18 June 2013 - 12:51 AM) Ananth, do you still run into Daugherty?
@  Cadenza91 : (18 June 2013 - 12:51 AM) (both examples claiming the respective styles to be 'more organic;better')
@  Ananth Balij... : (18 June 2013 - 12:50 AM) ya for sure
@  Sarastro : (18 June 2013 - 12:50 AM) LOL
@  Cadenza91 : (18 June 2013 - 12:50 AM) though I would imagine that someone who views 17th century European music in 3/4 to hold different views on what is 'organic' than someone who writes music without even the most remote sense of meter
@  Ananth Balij... : (18 June 2013 - 12:49 AM) comes from here http://www.farmersma...rganic-pumpkin/
@  Kibbletime : (18 June 2013 - 12:49 AM) i've listened to the snippet twice over no mention of organic
@  Cadenza91 : (18 June 2013 - 12:49 AM) I have no idea
@  Sarastro : (18 June 2013 - 12:49 AM) thanks, ananth darling
@  Kibbletime : (18 June 2013 - 12:48 AM) where is this organic thing coming from?
@  Sarastro : (18 June 2013 - 12:48 AM) what is organicism?
@  Ananth Balij... : (18 June 2013 - 12:48 AM) nice little ditty there
@  Cadenza91 : (18 June 2013 - 12:48 AM) it's kind of funny how the argument of 'organicism' is made by opposite extremes
@  Cadenza91 : (18 June 2013 - 12:47 AM) i was trying to remember
@  Ananth Balij... : (18 June 2013 - 12:47 AM) take your pick
@  Cadenza91 : (18 June 2013 - 12:47 AM) yeahh tidemann
@  Sarastro : (18 June 2013 - 12:47 AM) https://www.box.com/...v40wyjfb1stbzj3
@  Ananth Balij... : (18 June 2013 - 12:47 AM) punkititi
@  Ananth Balij... : (18 June 2013 - 12:47 AM) Antonio Capela
@  Ananth Balij... : (18 June 2013 - 12:47 AM) Tidemand
@  Cadenza91 : (18 June 2013 - 12:47 AM) but equally absent-minded
