Research from Jonah Berger at the Wharton School of Business illustrated the need for people, who were rated as low on an emotional stability scale, to update their Facebook statuses more.

Surgery was a success. No time to lay back and let the long painful healing process begin. Should bring out some good musical inspiration :)

Back surgery. I broke my back in a car accident. T6 to T8 were crushed so I needed a spinal fusion form T4 to T10. I now have titanium rods in my back :) Call me Metalman.

Best part of writing an Alleluia is playing with which syl-LA-ble to put the stress on. AH-le-lu-ia, Al-le-LU-ia, Al-LEH-lu-ia... Hee-hee.

mine is all busted :( somehow the atmospheric pressure changes in these spring months and somehow it affects the pneumatic sommier terribly, all gets stuck like an organ with sustain pedal... I hope one day I have the money to replace the whole thing with magnets.

"In country sleep" by Dylan Thomas. I want to set that whole thing sometime as a giant choral piece. "Never and never my girl, riding far and near, in the land of the hearthstone tales, and spelled asleep, fear or believe that the wolf in a sheepwhite hood, loping and bleating, roughly and blithely, shall leap, my dear, my dear, out of a lair in the flocked leaves in the dew-dipped year, to eat your heart in the house in the rosy wood..."
