Can you (chopin) make a checker that looks to see if you've posted the same exact post you're about to post right now, and if you have, sends you back to the edit post page with a message that says something along the lines of "You've posted this already"? I have a pretty crappy mouse that clicks the "post reply" button several times, and oftentimes I end up with a doublepost fail.

It's a good suggestion.
I think it'd be a bit more feasible to have a time checker that doesn't allow the same person to post within, say, ten seconds of a previous post.
