Hey all,

That inception hit was really great, and I tried to remake it. So here you go, a few instruments layered, and I think I have a nice inception hit ^_^.

The challange for you guys: what samples have I used? Start guessing :) I will tell you if you're right or not. The libraries used: Stormdrum2/EWQLSO (play) and project sam symphobia.

The inception hit was not done with samples, as far as I know, but was a very slowed down version of Edith Piaf's song used in the film so many times, as a wake up call.

There we go: http://www.youtube.c...h?v=Q2sD3QvwnjY

EDIT: Never mind. It's not the full cue, but it is part of the cue I think. ;)

Yea, that's right, but you can definitely assume, that it is a layering of instruments (or samples), but I guess since it's hans zimmer it's live recordings. Even though the youtube link shows it's rhythm and similar orchestration sound alike, it's really not the same, and I guess Hans Zimmer didn't "just" slow it down, he added some instruments too.
Anyway: the challenge was to guess what samples I put in my track ^_^. I am actually curious if you think I remade it ok or not :)

Well, I definitely recognized it when I heard it, so good job!
