  1. I don't know if it can be done, but I would like to know how to, also use different keys, I wrote something in C#m and the Bb instruments gets D#m , theorically is correct but I'd like to change it to Ebm

  2. Most of percussions would sound better with a bit of Reverb to remove the dry "too close" aspect, specially the splash cymbal andthe handclap. The Simsynth you could try an automation ("Edit Event") or use an "LFO" function to create a moving characteristic in the generator, it could be cut filter, or some other control. THe harmony gets very static after listening the C-Bb-C-Bb for too long time, you could stay in Cm or try to mudulate to other keys like you did at 4:25 it just it was almost at the very end, more of those changes would be good.

  3. Hello, I merge your first two post into one, I hope you don't mind. We will appresiatte if you add a more specific description of your music, so members can understand and comment in a more proper way. About your music, I think you manage a very interesting and strong harmony, tritones and all that hard intervals, I just feel sometimes the harmonic language gets a bit confuse, I'd say you should keep within this style but try to develop more the progressions before introducing new one, because it seems now like a wide display of intence chords but without turning them into a line, melody, motif or something we could follow, understand or even remember in the future. The audio mix is very good, all your synths elements are well achieved. Keep going, it is good.

  5. OK the initial pad is very good. the first snare drum is very soft, discreet I don't know if that's what you wnated but you can use it a bit louder. The Ending, is unclear, unexpected and certainly does not slove the piece, not in harmony or other matter, I'd say that's the only part needs improvement. If you're in Am, you can try something very easy like FM7, G, Em7, A.

  6. CC64 ? ... well I don't know where did I get CC16, ... but sometimes "sustain control" does nothing and "soft pedal" is the one... depends on the VST

  7. Yeah the panned echo in piano kinda distract after a while, instead making right -> left, I would make it Back -> front with a delay effect. A sustain pedal would be good in piano, aside the possible effects, I don't know what sotfware are you using but can be made by sending a midi message to CC,15 or CC,16. A bass sound would sustain the entire sound, the kick is ok, but a bass sound with pitch is what I think.
