  1. Hello everyone, earlier in the year I composed a little nocturne. Indeed, you can recognize Chopin's style and that is obvisouly what I want. I want myself to master different styles before developing my own. So what are your thoughs about it ?

  2. This is a peaceful nocturne/ballad that gets continuously interrupted by stormy winds and dancing tangents. It's dramatic and heartfelt. Rushed and calm. This piece had two completely different versions written down before I decided to combine both of them into one, since I liked both. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGYNz7Mo-ow

  3. I don't see any problem in what you said, I know that my works are inspired from differents composers and I don't want to hide it. For the moment, I compose this way, sooner or later, my style will be clearly defined. Thanks for you kind words !

  4. I hope you will excuse me for my words. I think your concerto is interesting and well done. Your professional level is enough high. Because of it, you should look for your own style. Rachmaninoff's music is very beautiful, but the style of this composer is very bright and recognizable. Besides every classical composer always stronger that all his imitators. I wish you to reach success. You are very talanted.

  5. Hi, I also like it. Nice contrast between the fast and the central section. You apparently rely on simple motives but you exploit them very well.

  6. You're doing pretty well. I found the way you "swapped" the E minor chord in one phrase with E major in the next then got back via a G chord, attractive; intriguing. (Assuming my ear isn't deceiving me about the key!) I reckon if you ended on the E major chord and hold it, ramping down the string figures or something it would be a very optimistic ending. Good luck.
