  1. Atm I let whatever key comes naturally and not really be bothered by it though I should I guess change that. C major is definitely 1 of the most natural keys so it makes it easier for me. Certain keys are hard for me like f sharp minor, for some reason whenever I come up with something in this key I tend to shift towards F sharp dorian or c sharp minor.
  2. I'm unsure about the form here. It's in binary form typical for a minuet but I feel like maybe it wants to repeat the beginning again which would make it terany form not usual for a minuet. Do you find it concludes ok or do you find it's missing a repeat? Voice 292-1 (1).mp3 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SZunAae4BVmFFmRZHhMW7P5x4n0vHHiN/view?usp=drivesdk
  3. Very nice. how do you play the second chord in bar 20? Doesn't seem very playable You don't have to. Slur markings in guitar typically mean to play pull offs or hammer ons, you dont usually see phrase markings.

  5. Definitely I haven't gotten to them though I'm still on chapter 1 lol
  6. Looking for a book (preferably free pdf online) that discusses classical form, in a teaching style like Gradus ad Parnassum does for counterpoint maybe.
  7. Thanks, I dont practise piano and my rhythm can definitely be a bit sketchy. I dont really like the idea of notating it like that, probably will mold it into a more formal rhythm.
  8. So I started writing a sonata today and the rhythm is basic quavers in 4/4 but the piece opens with 3 notes (d f# a) and I'm not sure what rhythm this is, since 3 doesn't go into 4, is there a change of time signature or is it syncopated or something to make it fit in the 4/4 time signature? https://voca.ro/jlHgHDW2T5D
