  1. Here is a new video for a fun little piece I wrote in 2017, intended to represent a battle. Would love to hear feedback on either the music, score or the video!
  2. Cinematic track I created. This is my first post here. I really need a second opinion on the tracks I create. What do you think?
  3. Hi there, for a long time I wanted to write something like this: a flamboyant "final fight" track with broad, heroic themes swirling above driving ostinati. http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=674265&songID=13676086 Originally this piece belongs to the score I wrote for a student film project realised many many years ago. The music was produced via a MIDI-based digital sequencer and of course orchestral sample libraries. Unfortunately, the London Symphony Orchestra was just too busy at the moment for a recording session. :P While the last bars in asymmetrical 7/8 meter surely feel a bit overloaded (with syncopated choir fills and such), I am quite happy with the overall arrangement and the final mix. But maybe I am a little bit biased since I listened to it too often and it's just chaos to your ears... 😉 If you have some hints on how to improve the mix, sound, orchestration etc. please feel free to let me know. Best regards, Dustin
  4. Hello, everyone. I just started composing songs since past 4 months with Musescore 2.1. I did make a simple composition for my student community's mini angklung assemble. Since then I tried to make some other partiture from my favorite songs and also some original songs. This time I want to share my latest project, which is kind of mini assemble contains partly vocals, brass and string instruments. I hope you guys can give me some feedbacks, so I can improve my skills and make better songs in the future. Thank you P.S.: I still new in the forum, so If I posted this in a wrong category, please notify me :)
  5. I have 3 battle tracks that I composed myself, called Battle with the Hero, Paladin, and Dark Knight. The loop just simply comes back to the start. This is based on 3 character subclasses of the Warrior class in the MMORPG MapleStory. Description: Hero's attacks have a fiery rage inside them, notably the Raging Blow attack as a main attack. Paladin's attacks are diverse in elements, using fire, ice, lightning, and holy light (the most notable element). Dark Knight's spear/pole arm has some darkness inside the weapon.
