-I apologize for any problems with the design/skin. Can you take a screenshot because I am not experiencing anything on my end.

All seems well today. I swear there was a period of time where the Upload Composition button vanished (and Heckel thought so too). Is there a way to add the Upload Composition button to all pages within Upload Your Compositions, instead of just within the subforums?

Another bump.

And new problem. IE9 no longer opens windows in a new window, it opens them in new tabs. Somehow this causes a bug whenever YC tells the browser to open a new window. A new tab opens, and the current tab ALSO navigates to the URL.

I just joined this forum yesterday (late) night. And I swear I had to type the verification captcha code about 30 times. I dont' know why it was the hardest time I've ever had. At the end of it, I had to keep refreshing the code until I got one that had no ambiguousness between upper and lower case. Even then, I had trouble. I hope this doesn't discourage newcomers. Or maybe I was too tired.

There are still a SLEW of aesthetic issues with restore-size windows. At least in IE. It's pretty bad. The chat bar still doesn't shrink effectively, the items up at the top are all over each other, the home page and several other pages (I think profile?) still shift too far left for the scroll bar to access.

Oh, and the "users who like this piece" pop-up is still white. It looks stupid.

I hate to be a complainer, but it's way past high time for that kinda garbage to be addressed and done with, if we're looking at incorporating new advanced features into the site. I'm going to be increasingly brash as my perceived ridiculousness of these issues increases. It needs to be stated candidly and realistically.

Is this the forum or the network? Cause I haven't encountered any of these problems on the forum. I don't visit the network often enough to really comment on it.

I can't update my status. What happens is:

1. I click on the update status thing on the homepage and it says undefined. I put what I want to say in, and it just sits there.

2. I try to do it on my profile. Then it says only logged in users can update their status, even though I am already online.

3. I click the login button. It goes to the homepage.

4. I go back to the forum signed in. Then the whole thing loops again.

:headwall:

Don't worry so much about status updates on the network. I will integrate the status updates on the forum to the network. Also, be sure you are logged into the network as well. Sometimes cookie sessions expire on one site, but not the other.

Ok, in this HORRIBLE bug, you can see the network page.

First, notice when I have it hit to play, the player goes underneath the (Delete) text? That's messed up.

Second, The (Delete), Download Score File, and Users that viewed this piece are all way to close to each other!

Third, when I click 'Users That Viewed This Piece' the pop up window only shows the time (see pic) and the rest of it is whited out unless I highlight everything.

I'm assuming it's probably just a page width problem? With the design?

Whenever I log in, the chat room on the homepage of the forum doesn't load. It works perfectly well when I'm not logged in, but it just doesn't show up now. I'm using Chrome 11.0.696.68 with windows xp. I'm PRETTY sure I didnt get banned, since I didn't do anything to deserve that.

Can you try firefox? Also, try our new YC Modern skin, as YC Classic is an older skin and may not be as efficient. I have no problems with the shoutbox personally, so it is hard for me to diagnose any issues.

Also, be sure you have javascript enabled.
