Very random thing I made recently, not knowing what's going on actually... I strived for something between instrumental and ambient/free form. I used very low piano keys on purpose, just to make it clear - restricting yourself to only middle range makes everything too crowded and not very imaginative. Plus, I love low pitches, so deal with it! I'm extremely worried about the transitions between different musical ideas. A casual track for sipping warm tea in a cold, snowy day, I guess. Thank you for listening!

Well, you don't have much to worry about in terms of chords; you interplay between the I and V a lot, which is not a bad thing since it works here, but does not branch off a lot. The canon in this one is much more fluid than in the other one you posted. It is quite dreamy, but you also have a soprano register to use, and I think it feels neglected, especially in a piece that calls for it!
Anyway, it's really quite nice with a well-executed canonical structure.
Cheers!

Thank you for a nice comment! I actually don't have any knowledge about canons except basic cadences and the really beginner's things. I guess that even blindfolded, the brain instincitvely follows well-known patterns.
