Someone would kill me for this... I thinks it's playable, I've taken care about each string and intervals.

I also have the question of "why". I'm also not sure why you have the quadruple big 4 meter. Is it a playback thing or...?
Also the last chord? Is it supposed to be A major? If so, avoid enharmonics.
You use the description "metallic", but you aren't going to get that kind of effect with a piece like this. 
I think it's a pretty good musical thought experiment.

If you want edgy and metallic, have you thought about this piece for electric string quartet?

Also, regarding the glissandi in the last bar, it's not entirely clear to me which scale is being used there. Is it a white note scale? If so, does the cello play a D-natural before arriving on the D-flat, or is that last step a +2? It's a pain in the rear to do, but I think outlining the steps to hit on each gliss. would be clearer for the player.
