Nature Of The Game

Recommended Posts

Here's a song I wrote a few years ago.. It features Wolf Johnson. He sang the Baby Back Ribs commercial, also played in a Temptations Review band for many years.. Back up singing by Jeanne Otis - worked as back up singer for Kool and The Gang for a couple of years..  Both very talented individuals

Really classical sounding, it's refreshing almost.
With your instruments I was kind of off put as to how sporadically they came in (hits vs. 1 measure solos vs. phrase). Sometimes I wish it was more consistent based on section or even by phrase.
I would also taper off your string sounds in the recording (you could also add reverb but that's dangerous). It's the fact that they don't that really make it seem electronic.
There was one chord where you mixed Gma and Gmi; I don't remember where it was.
Overall, great work.
